Aviation Security
We have expertise in the development and implementation of the rigorous security requirements for global civil aviation.  Our expertise and implementation strategies are capable of exceeding legislative compliance with the International Civil Aviation Organisation - Annex 17 security requirements.

Business Intelligence
We have previously had long careers in the Australian Intelligence Community and are intelligence experts. We deliver an integrated business intelligence support process designed to analyse and monitor competitor activities and to provide early warning of potential threats and business opportunities.

Country Risk Assessments
We conduct comprehensive examinations of geopolitical issues that have the potential to impact on a client’s personnel, corporate goals, objectives and activities. Outputs include geopolitical reporting and corporate travel advisories, particularly for short-notice international travel to high-risk countries.

Crisis Management
We assist clients to prepare, manage and recover from a range of crisis scenarios including geopolitical instability, terrorism, bomb threat, extortion, and armed robbery.

Infrastructure Security
We have expertise in the development and implementation of rigorous security requirements for infrastructure projects in the Asia – Pacific region. We have undertaken gap analyses and developed risk management methodologies for all levels of government and the private sector.

Intelligence Analysis and Security Risk Management
We conduct a wide range of specialist training for our clients. Specifically, we train employees in security risk management methodologies, counter-terrorism strategies, intelligence processes, and geopolitical reporting. We provide this training to all sectors but recent security threats have seen a rapid take up by clients in the critical infrastructure sector and in the maritime, road and rail, and aviation transport sectors.

Maritime Security
We are expert in the development and implementation of Maritime Security Assessments and Plans for Ports, Port Facilities and Ships in accordance with the International Maritime Organisation International Ship and Port Facility Security Code. We also develop strategies and train government and maritime sector industry users (throughout the Asia – Pacific region) in counter terrorism measures to keep their personnel and assets secure from terrorist attack.

Risk Management
We utilise an enterprise-wide approach to identifying business and security risks and opportunities that aligns with strategy and business planning initiatives, and improves decision making in the treatment of threats and associated risks posed to an organisation’s personnel, assets and operations.

We are expert in the Australian and New Zealand Risk Management Standard 4360: 2004 and the ISO 31000 Risk Management Principles and Guidelines that we utilise in our risk management processes. Our web based risk management tool, Scuta, applies the ISO 31000 Risk Management Principles and Guidelines throughout its processes.

Security Reviews
We conduct organisational gap analysis reviews of existing security and intelligence structures, processes and operations to determine the most appropriate and cost-effective application of additional security and support measures.

Transition Management
We provide early identification, monitoring and warning of all factors that could impact on a client’s transition to its preferred strategic outcome - to provide clients with credible and timely information to support business decisions relating to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, client relationships, and corporate expansion.
